For the record, I was just being hopeful... and man, did it smell way worse when we dissected it!

Issue 23

At the Library, we looked at books about the animals we're making costumes of (the squares), hid in the grass (the circles), and the overcast sky drizzled on us on the way back (as you can see above!). Such a lot of rich detail!

Bruno wrote, "This is a cobra" to caption his drawing in the middle of the page. Fabulous emergent literacy work! You can also see the cobra coiled up next to the author's name.
